KOHA class for Lonely Miaow Association

Join me for a 2 hour Forrest Yoga practice focusing on connecting to what is really meaningful and important to you. We will do a 90 minute Asana practice, followed by a 30 minute Yoga Nidra.
The goal is to really enjoy the practice of Yoga and finding the joy in spending time with one another and doing something really good for the other little beings on this planet.
