Little bit more about Margot yoga journey so far:
‘Discovering yoga in 2008, during my studies at university, started me on my yoga journey. After adding yoga asana practice into my exercise routine, I began to notice the positive impact it had on my overall health and wellbeing, especially helping me stay grounded and present amongst the ‘stresses’ and distractions of everyday life.
Having been inspired by all of the incredible teachers I have practiced under over the years, I had the urge to share yoga, this incredible tool, with others. In early 2018 I completed my 200 hour teacher training The Yoga Corner and OM Yoga Studio.
I enjoy the balance of asanas, pranayama, meditation & philosophy, and with the understanding that yoga is more than the poses we do on our mats, as a new teacher I aim to reflect this balance in my classes, while still maintaining a playful, fun, and not too serious environment.
I love how practicing yoga has something to offer everyone, regardless of their levels of flexibility, fitness or strength and allows people to connect with themselves in the physical, mental and emotional level.
I feel very blessed to be able to join such a wonderful supportive team at The Yoga Corner and OM Yoga Studio, and to share my love for yoga.’
