Nicole discovered the beauty, power and benefits of Yoga when she was pregnant with her first child in Germany in 2004.
Nicole began practicing Hot Yoga when she moved to New Zealand in 2012 and completed her teacher training with Hot Yoga Auckland back in 2013.
Nicole’s intention for her classes is to use the asanas as a means to get into the body and not the other way round and her wish for her students is that they integrate their experience from the mat into their daily lives.
Before her Yoga journey, Nicole spent 17 years working in Marketing in the corporate environment and knows first hand what stress and imbalance can do to our bodies and minds and helps students to find a sense of ease, calm and feeling grounded.
To constantly increase her knowledge about the multiple benefits of Yoga, Nicole has completed workshops with Sarah Powers and Noah Maze.
Nicole is currently working on her Yin Yoga teacher training with international YIN YOGA teachers Karin Sang and Markus Giess.
