Susan McFadzean

Susan began her Yoga career in 2010, completing an RYT200 Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training in Johannesburg, South Africa.

She started teaching straight away and soon found and developed a passion for Forrest Yoga – a style of Yoga developed by Ana Forrest, a deeply therapeutic and strong style of Yoga. She completed her Foundation Training in 2013 and went on to mentorship and is now a Level 3 Certified Forrest Yoga Teacher. She has also assisted Ana Forrest and her mentor teacher, Sinhee McCabe in trainings and brings elements of hands on assists to her classes in a meaningful and mindful way.

She weaves her teachings of Forrest Yoga with the more traditional Vinyasa training in her classes, in her own way, and invites you to explore the intricacies of your body – to help access and guide you on your own path towards healing and kindness.
